REQUIRED FOR ORDERS PLACED BY TELEPHONE. If confirmation must be
sent, please mark order boldly "Confirming Order - Do Not
Ship." Boston Biologicals cannot issue credit or be held
responsible for duplicate shipments due to confirming orders that
are not marked properly.

accepts Mastercard and Visa for purchase of any of our products.
Please have your account number and expiration date readily
available when placing phone orders, or clearly indicated on other
order methods.
Terms
Terms are net 30 days. International orders may

dollars, and apply to US and Canadian customers. Please contact our

Return and
Replacement Policy
A return authorization is required for all
materials returned to us. Please contact the Customer Service
Department 1-781-235-1021 to receive authorization information. In
order to receive credit for products ordered, material must returned
to Boston Biologicals within 25 days following date of customer
receipt of order.
Restocking Fee:
Boston Biologicals will charge a
25% restocking fee for any returned products. Buyer is responsible
for all shipping costs.
Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B.
Massachusetts. All orders received and processed by 3 PM (EST) for
delivery to most U.S. and Canadian destinations will be shipped the
same day for overnight delivery. Freight and handling charges are
prepaid and added to the invoice.
Warranties
Boston Biologicals
warrants that its products shall conform to the minimum
specifications set forth in its catalog and technical data sheets
which accompany each order. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND WE MAKE
NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Boston
Biologicals warranties made in connection with the sale of product
shall not be effective if Boston Biologicals has determined in its
sole discretion, that BUYER has misused the products in any manner,
has failed to use the products in accordance with industry standards
and practices, or has failed to use the products in accordance with
instructions, if any, furnished by Boston Biologicals. Boston
Biologicals' sole and exclusive liability and Buyer's exclusive
remedy with respect to products proved to Boston Biologicals
satisfaction to be defective or nonconforming shall be replacement
of such products without charge or refund of the purchase price, in
Boston Biologicals sole discretion, upon return of such products in
accordance with Boston Biologicals instructions. BOSTON BIOLGICALS
SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ANY USE OR FAILURE OF THE
PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BOSTON BIOLOGICALS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY
FOR THE LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF WORK IN PROGRESS, DOWN TIME, LOSS OF
REVENUE OR PROFITS, FAILURE TO REALIZE SAVINGS, LOSS OF PRODUCTS OF
BUYER OR OTHER USE OR ANY LIABILITY OF BUYER TO A THIRD PARTY ON
ACCOUNT OF SUCH LOSS, OR FOR ANY LABOR OR ANY OTHER EXPENSE, DAMAGE
OR LOSS OCCASIONED BY SUCH PRODUCT INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR
PROPERTY DAMAGE UNLESS SUCH PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE IS
CAUSED BY BOSTON BIOLOGICALS GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
Boston Biologicals
products are intended for laboratory research use only. Product may
not be used for human use, in vitro diagnostic use, in foods, drugs,
or cosmetics for humans or in animals.
